Hey. I’m Gerry, sometimes Gerald, occasionally Anthony (my first name).
I live in Melbourne Australia.
I am Sri Lankan by birth and ancestry, utterly human and immensely flawed.
My life’s project is to be kinder to myself.
If you really need to categorise me by my age, chuck me into the “Aged” pigeon-hole. I don’t mind. But, I’ll have you know that I haven’t grown old yet. Some might say I haven’t grown up yet, and I don’t mind that either.
I am a writer. I write about everything that happens in my life. I have many interests, some of which are part of my daily routines and rituals. They are all good things; they promote good physical and mental health and help me become a more compassionate and tolerant human being.
